SJ Marketing Ltd ("we", "us") operates this website at www.sjmarketing.co.uk. We are the data controller for the personal information collected through it. You can contact us about anything in this policy at sj@sjmarketing.co.uk or by post at 422A Gower Road, Killay, Swansea SA2 7AJ.

What information we collect

When you use our contact form we collect the details you give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in and your message. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) for security and to keep the website running.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your contact details to reply to your enquiry and discuss the services you asked about. Our lawful basis for this under UK GDPR is legitimate interests — responding to an enquiry you chose to send us. If we later agree to work together, we process your details as necessary to perform a contract with you.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. Enquiries are stored on our UK-based web hosting and may be forwarded to the tools we use to manage enquiries and email. Providers acting for us only process your data on our instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless you become a client, in which case we keep records for as long as required for accounting and legal obligations.

Your rights
